Honestly I can't see what other program is equal to iTunes right now. I love the way you can create your own personalized playlists, the podcasting section which updates regularly, access to the iTunes music store to easily buy new mp3s or videos. Also, it's really great that Apple has added a video section, so you can watch clips in your iTunes.

Best:

Free, podcasts, videos, smart playlists, access to radios, easy to buy tracks from the iTunes music store

Worst:

I don't like how it minimizes in the toolbar
