If you have all your song saved as wma files (Windows Media Audio). iTunes wants all you music as mp3 files. Windows media players does not like mp3 files so you have to pick what audio player you like. The only thing i like about this, you can put music on your ipod.

Best:

-Shop from the iTunes store
-Search through your music collection

Worst:

-files have to be in mp3
