Every other mp3 player and software package I have used makes it easy to download and add mp3's to a playlist. Not ipods and iTunes. I guess they don't want you to buy from anywhere but the iTunes store. If you purchase mp3's from any other site which are way cheaper, it is virtually impossible to transfer the songs to your ipod. This ipod nano was given to us as a gift, and it is the only reason we have it. I would never pay hard earned cash for such a piece of crap. You should all try Samsung mp3 players. They are much easier to work with!!!
