I'm using a regular MacBook with 4GB ram and a dual core processor and this opens instantly. No issues here. Also have a Windows 7 desktop with 8GB RAM and a 6 core processor and it takes only a second or two for it to open, but that's to be expected with Windows. Runs fine, I don't see why anyone else is having issues. Only Con I personally care about right now is...well...it seems they removed the ability to import your music from another computer on the same network...so now I'm working on finding the now-hidden import button or a work around to sync my desktop and laptop back up... *sigh* Way to remove one of my favorite features!
